The Pro Challenge Oval Racer is a true high-performance racing vehicle, possessing that distinctive NASCAR look and feel. However, while any job shop can produce a car body, only Pro Challenge has the ability to deliver the entire package - a sealed engine, racing ready machine.
The Pro Challenge Oval Racer is a scale replica of Nextel Cup vehicles with a sealed ZX1100cc or ZZR12 Kawasaki four-cylinder, water-cooled power plant producing 140 horsepower, and speeds of nearly 150 mph. Water-cooled engines are a major departure from the commonly used air cooled ones, and desirable for their durability and lower maintenance cost. At just 1,300 pounds, the car possesses unbelievable weight-to-horsepower ratio as fast as larger late models on 3/8 and 1/2-mile tracks.
Monte Carlo, Ford Taurusand Craftsman Truck body styles, as well asthe all-newDodge ChargerandFord Fusionbodies, the Pro Challenge Oval Racer offers something for everybody. By combining distinctive looks, durability and safety, it is the perfect race program for beginners and veteran racers alike. A designated SP/SPU class vehicle by the SCCA, and priced below $22,000, the Oval Racer is positioned to become a major part of the short track racing community in North America.

PRO CHALLENGE ROAD RACER
Continuing its tradition of innovative design in high performance racing, Pro Challenge introduces the SCCA-ready Road Racer. Built with the same attention to detail and reliability as the Oval Racer, the Pro Challenge Road Racer is equipped to meet the exacting demands of SCCA Club Racing.
Like the Pro Challenge Oval Racer, the Road Racer comes standard with the Kawasaki ZX 1100cc water-cooled engine. Also available are the ZX 1200cc and the ZZR 1200cc fuel injected engine that delivers 185 HP and speeds up to 175 mph-faster than more expensive turbo-charged production models like the Porsche GT. Available in the classic BMW 3 series-like body style with race wing, the Road Racer sports sleek lines on the outside and full-on instrumentation inside, including the FIREBOTTLE Fire Suppression System.
Competitively priced, this latest Pro Challenge car is the future vehicle of choice for the serious club racer.
